Cutting and Welding Services

Additionally, we offer various cutting and ultrasonic welding services for Hook and Loop tape including:

Cut-to-Length: for constructing pre-fixed tape lengths

Kiss Cutting: for cutting down to, but not through, the backing paper

Die-cutting: for bullet nose tips and for peel and stick or sew on  coins (from 3/8” to 2-7/8”)

RF welding: for producing custom hook and loop straps

  • Custom made Hook & Loop straps with or without hardware.
  • No minimum quantity.
  • 30 different colors available.
  • Straps width: 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1/1/2" and 2".
  • Pad print 1 color or 2 colors on the back of Hook & Loop is acceptable.
